Shipping Policy

Our shipping policy ensures that your orders are delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. We strive to provide the best possible shipping options to meet your needs. Depending on your location, you can expect your order to be delivered within the estimated time frame provided during checkout. Shipping Location - Bihar & Jharkhand

Shipping & Delivery Time - Shipping 2-3 Business days from the date of order, Delivery time 5-7 days After shipping (Depends on Location)

Shipping Charges:- Small packages less than 3 kg or Rs 5000 Shipping Free

Within 100 KM- Shipping Charges Rs 3000, 101-200 KM- Rs 5000, 200+ Km- Rs 8000 depending on location.

Standard Shipping: Orders placed before 6pm should be received within 5-7 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

SHIPPING POLICY: 100% of orders are shipped within 2-3 business day. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays. Please note, we are currently only able to ship within the Bihar & Jharkhand.

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
